Select an object then press I to use the color picker then click anywhere around the canvas to apply the color to the object.

 Align

ALT or OPTION+H Align Obkect Horizontally

ALT or OPTION+V Align Obkect Vertically

Flip

SHIFT+H Flip Object Horizontally

Copy & Duplicate

Duplicating an object by selecting it then hitting CTRLor COMMAND+D .Also you can hold ALT or OPTION key and drag selected frame to duplicate.
